I'm sure others will join in.
I will be fasting, also. I had already decided it was necessary for me to do. Maybe a day, or a certain meal everyday. I haven't decided yet.
For those who haven't fasted but want to, it's not good to just jump into it. Or those who have low blood sugar or other health needs. But you can give up things you really like, as well, for the time period and that is still considered a form of fasting. I heard a gal speak at our church once on fasting and she recommended starting with juice fasts if you've never done it before, which is what I might do. :)
