Color me skeptical.
He is now claiming that he is getting multiple emails about this, saying there are others out there. He is trying to track down an actual ballot to look at. He is on the case.
You may be skeptical but almost the same thing happened here in south Texas. There was a recent election and the absentee ballots were pre marked. I'll see if I can find the article which wasn't online.
I found a link for Texas so you all can see that this does happen. This is almost identical except this happened during the primaries. Also, this case was assigned to the Texas Rangers.
