If this is how they are getting new registrants then how can anyone assume they will actually show up to vote?

Or simply have an election official cast the vote for voters who didn't show up. Lots of ways to do it, especially in precincts where there are no Republican poll watchers...

The kind Democrats who run the voting will make sure that all registered voters who fail to show up will cast their votes for kerry. This service is free of charge.
