They don't believe in smoking cigarettes in Toledo. All the restaurants and bars are non-smoking. Toledo officials consider it very evil. Of course most of those same bars are filled with some who drink to excess on occasion and then decide to go for a drive. Go figure.
I live near Toledo and I wish I could move.
