As long as the voice over refers to many of the veterans, etc., and does not specifically single out the professor I do not see that he has a case. Of course a liberal judge could rule otherwise.

Considering that the professor was 21 years old at the time of the alleged incident and is NOT identified in the film, who would recognize that it is him after all these years. Where's the libel?
