What are O'Reilly's "normal working hours"?
I would assume pretty much whatever he says they are. (Which doesn't excuse a previous poster to this thread trying to use the asinine example of me calling somebody at 4 AM and "talking dirty to them" as some sort of analog to this case).
And in any case, all that the plaintiff had to do to mitigate any "damages" was to hang up.
