The alleged calls in the O'Reilly case were placed during normal working hours. Okay you got me!
Right after lunch you need to call a co-worker and tell them about your fantasies while you pleasure yourself.
To: kattracks
Anybody in this thread give a damn about innocent until . . .?

Bottom line is that O'Reilly having abandoned the Conservative Movement is not worthy of your defense.

Gee Thanks.
I simply refuted your argument by providing a parallel example and you hit abuse?
Perhaps you should sharpen your debating skills before running to a Mod.
To: pete anderson
It does not matter if they were having an affair or if either one of them instigated the phone sex. Of course it matters. She can't sue for phone sex if she instigated it.

Bottom line is that O'Reilly having abandoned the Conservative Movement is not worthy of your defense. If that is your way of apologizing for attempting to induce me to conduct telephone harassment and intimating that I engage in phone sex, I spit on it. Posts like the one you posted that I reported to the mods do not belong on Freerepublic.

Read the Complaint of Smoking Gun. Vivid details of Mr. O'Reilly's alleged behavior.
To: asgardshill
Well actually people who are unable to defend their arguments do not belong on FR. And if you are so week you a susceptible to being "induced" to do something you do not want to do you have much larger problems than not being able to defend a simple argument.

I have never said that the plaintiff had a case but have only observed that such behavior is unacceptable for a married man.
To: pete anderson
Must I?
I'm not a BOR fan and reading his alleged "dirty talk" would ruin my appetite permanently.

I agree with asgardshill. You are WAY over the line, and apparently think Mr. O'Reilly is fair game because you think he abandoned the right.

I don't think much of O'Reilly, but I think even less of you.

Well, I have never Freepmailed this guy so I am not sure why he does not want me to do it again. However, I will respect his wishes and not post to him as long as I live.
To: Judith Anne
You said he was having an affair. No, Actually what I said was: It does not matter if they were having an affair or if either one of them instigated the phone sex.
To: kattracks
In an explicit lawsuit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Mackris claims that O'Reilly subjected her to phone sex against her wishes on three separate occasions in August and September. If Mackris did indeed take the time to tape record the "phone sex" conversations with O'Reilly, how can she claim that she was subjected to it against her will? Did O'Reilly or somebody else prevent her from hanging up the phone?
To: Beckwith
Actually I think the whole thing is rather suspect.
[insert "I question the timing" here]
First of all, I don't BOR is that stupid.
Second, since he's more or less the "face" of FoxNews, I worry more about this being a backdoor attempt at bringing down the station.
I'm sure PMSNBCNN are severely stung over the fact that Fox outrates them all, combined.
Would they pull a stunt like this to regain their ratings?
Would Dems do such a thing?
I think they would.
If he's guilty of it, I'm enraged because he violated the trust of his wife and kids *and* he besmirches the reputation of Fox.
If he's not, I can only hope somebody will expose this for whatever "conspiracy" it may be.
