In the past hour or so there has been a major Bush surge and a major Kerry fall. Kerry has fallen down into the 35 range. While Bush is back up over 60 again.

I just noticed the same thing. It is a all out Kerry freefall. Of course, that could all change before the close, and I'm still not convinced it indicates anything really useful, but I sure do LOVE the trend.

That's comforting seeing as Bush was head about 3-4 points before the 2000 election with Gore. We know that that equated to being a basic tie. Hopefully this shows an idea of what we can expect?

It will be called the Mary Cheney Factor.
You have got to believe that Kerry's exploitation of this woman changed a whole lot of votes last Wednesday night.
Who knew????

This is made especially interesting by the Kerry ask/Bush bid numbers. There are standing offers to buy Bush at $0.612 and standing offers to sell Kerry at $0.365 [nb: at present, if one has Kerry shares to sell, buying Bush shares and selling a unit bundle is better than selling Kerry]. Unlike the "last trade" price which can be easily, if briefly, manipulated to be just about anything, the bid/ask prices are less easily monkied with.

It's also due to the fact Kerry could not come up with something nice to say about Teresa. The Mary Cheney remark was scummy, but his attitude about Teresa was BAD. He stumbled and knew he couldn't recover. He couldn't even LIE.

That made a worse impression on me.

www.littlegreenfootballs.com has Kerry's record on bills he's passed during his 20 years in the Senate.

Very good information for all to have...it's quite specific.

Did you notice IEM is also running an invitation-only flu futures market? It'll be interesting to see the results...

Still, TradeSports has Bush offers under 55, consistently, tonight.

I totally agree - the Mary Cheney remarks was crass/ugly enough but - rather than talking kindly about his wife Teresa (the one who's tailed the country with him) - he opts to tell huge lies about his mother's dying remarks from the hospital - curious though, his mother's obituary says she died at home! The guy is a classless blathering fool!

I don't think so. The positive move in Kerry's direction was due to uncertainty about how the debates would affect the polls. Now that the debates are over, that uncertainty no longer exists. i don't think the Mary Cheney factor has made much, if any, difference.

As Rush said last week, you can't talk for ninety minutes without revealing who you are. Kerry is totally without integrity -- His mother knew what she was talking about.

The new Swiftvets ad can not be discounted. Those men's eye are haunting and the ad is just simply devastating.

"He couldn't even LIE."
Now, how much time will it take for these words of yours to be spun into: "following in Washington's footsteps..."?

The new Swiftboat ad is a killer, but it's been out such a short time...could it have taken effect so soon?

When exactly is the flag-burning ad going to air? The 27th or so?
