What is our recourse if we find one of their attorneys making trouble at the polls? (

You could always get in his face and shout him down.
You could try reporting them to the local law enforcement and the Florida Bar if they are holding themselves out as lawyers and not admitted to the Florida Bar. It is a 1st degree misdemeanor to practice law in Florida with out being licensed to do so in Florida.
