Good one. But it's too short. Surely there should be more instructions.
For instance, if you are voting on Indian reservations, make sure to dump your trinkets, toys, clothes long enough before the election not to arouse the media, but close enough that the voters there will make the proper connections between the party of the trinkets and the candidates to vote for.
