There are no undecided voters. People either vote or stay home. Voters are passionate for national candidates and bewildered by local candidates. Voters are either passionate OR DEAD!
But you are forgetting that dead voters vote for Kerry.
I think undecided voters are less likely to vote, and there are some people who support Kerry, but only very weakly, because they believe the MSM lies. I just spoke with one the other day.
