Read the entire article carefully. The story clearly states the margin of error as 2.5%.

If this is the poll they were talking about on FNC after 9am, the margin of error is +/- 2.5%.

"The results have a 2.5-point error margin for the likely voter sample."

Bush ahead by 1.5 above the MOE.
