I agree that I haven't found anything concrete. That's why I've posted and asked for help. I'm going to continue to look, but I'm assuming that there will be others with different (and better?) resources than I might have.
I'm not in Buckhead's league, but his original post 47 was a simple declarative that the CBS memos looked like they had the wrong fonts for an early 70s typewriter. That unleashed some truly amazing resources. I was hoping to tap into that same well.
