Did you see the 60 minutes piece on the 'draft mom' and the followup interview?
CBS made it look like she and her two sons were Bush supporters and would be switching to Kerry because Bush would be starting a draft.
Turns out she thought nothing of the sort and still intended to vote for Bush. Her two sons, also.

That would be hilarious. Replaced by a solid female conservative, and a good looking one at that!

Read the suit filing on smokinggun.com. Her boss at CNN was fired for sexual harrassment while she was there.
That may be true, but it wont fly in court. From what his suit against her implies is that SHE called him and asked for the job back.
I dont think a jury will award her $60 mil after going back to work for him. That sounds very odd to me.

I dont think he is trying to sell books. His compensation from books is alot less than his TV salary.
Im an author and the rate of profit from books is pretty small. That is unless he sells like 3 million copies per book he writes...lol
Forensics may be able to show the conversation tapes were edited or that the conversation did not 'flow' in a normal way. BOR seems pretty confident he has a case. I've got my problems with BOR, but he is a pit bull and he will fight. It should be very entertaining.

Now that Bill O'Reilly is acting like a liberal, perhaps his chances of getting Kerry on his show have improved.
There was NEVER a chance that Kerry would appear. If fact, O was indignant with a Kerry aide over the fact that Kerry would not answer inspite of saying he wanted to come on. O was being shafted by Kerry and eventually O's ego would have broke and he would come down hard on Kerry for being a coward.
Note that he has already criticized Kerry for being a whimp and not in control of his own actions.
Now O cannot say a word against Kerry for not appearing. Convenient? The timing is suspicious.
