Sue him. Figure out a way to sue him. Band together with all the people in F 911 who were manipulated and made to lie on film--who were USED to present a message they never would have approved--and sue the bastard. Class action.
Maybe some Freeper lawyers could help you with this. That movie's going to make $250 million or more worldwide before it's done...go for some of it. It'll be a lesson for Fatboy, and some sweet revenge to boot. And it will send a strong message to all the future Fatboys in the pipeline: Be responsible, or it will cost you.
As for lawyers. Whenever you lay out your case and the lawyer says, Yes, but there's no case, politely excuse yourself--and go onto the next lawyer! I have been involved with a handful of ultimately successful cases over the years, and in every case, the first lawyer (maybe the first three), said, Oh, there's no case here. There is almost always a case there if the lawyer is motivated and creative. Remember: This is American, where anybody can sue anybody for anything.
