This week the big political news was the fact that The Drudge Report obtained a Democratic manual outlining how to fabricate voter harassment stories at polling places in order to make it appear that Republicans were using heavy handed tactics to steal the election for Bush again.
Just for curiosity I watched the CBS Evening News with Dan RatherElectKerry on Friday night to see what they were spoon-feeding their ideologs. Did CBS give the public the real real political story of the week?
No instead they did a 2-minute segment on voter registration fraud. In this segment they filmed an employee of Nevadas Voter Outreach Registration Program claiming that his supervisor was tearing up Democratic voter registration forms. CBS made sure that it filmed the employee, Eric Russell, showing some torn up registration forms. CBS made sure that they made the Republican connection by stating that Voter Outreach was created by former head of the Arizona Republican committee and that he was given over half a million dollars for work he had done in swing states. CBS spent about 1 minute of the 2-minute segment painting the Republicans as the villains. CBS did make the comment that it was reported that Eric Russell had torn up the forms himself because he was angry over a back pay issue but they did not put a live person on to make this statement thus not giving a face to the story. Is this important? What has more impact on a jury a deposition or a person giving live testimony?
For the next part of the segment CBS switched to the Oregon Secretary Of State telling of registration shenanigans at a library but they fail to mention whether it was Republicans or Democrats committing the crimes.
Just to be fair and balanced, CBS did spend 15 seconds of the 2 minutes on a very vague and "faceless" comment that in Florida Republican registration forms had allegedly been torn up.
You can see for yourselves what I am talking about if you go to this web site and watch the news clip: http://www.cbsnews.com/sections/i_video/main500251.shtml?channel=eveningnews
Maybe Drudge should go to a Kinkos somewhere in Texas and fax the Democratic documents to Dan RatherElectKerry.
Now here is the point of my thread. This little story + all the evidence of the Democratic hypocrisy + all the evidence of the MSMs refusal to do their duty and report these unethical acts + the fact that the Democrats dont like to be exposed for who they really are (they dont like labels) I thought that it would be appropriate to coin a couple of new labels and stick them on the Democrats and their mealy mouthed bed-partners the MSM. How does DEMOCRYTS and MEDIACRYTS sound?
If you think this would catch on START SPREADING THE LABLES!
What are "lables?"
What are "lables?"
It's a word that rhymes with tables, labels, fables, mables...
Um...yes. Except that it ISN'T a word.
"Lables" are items not produced in a laboratory or, for short, "lab." Ergo, such items not produced in a lab are identified as "lables" or, more not inconsistently spelled, "labless."
(I once dreamed of writing speeches for Kerry.)
