You help them. There are too many people who aren't in prison who need help more.
One cannot be all things to all people. I agree that one should should be prioritize issues and efforts.
That doesn't mean that that one can't send a few dollars to the orgs leading the fight, can't respond to asenine posts, or spend a few minutes out of a year on this issue.
