Why is Mrs. Kerry referred to as Heinz Kerry instead of just Kerry? Or Teresa Kerry? Is it in a pre-nup d'ya suppose?

It was a political decision. I can't remember where I read it, but she publically admitted that she started using Heinz-Kerry when John the gigolo started running for President. They didn't think the little people would understand their marriage. LOL.
