As Ramadan Begins, Many Say Sentiment Against Them Is Hardening

Many American Muslims believe that the U.S. government has contributed to the deepening of anti-Muslim sentiment by treating them more as foes than allies in the war against terrorism. They say the government has done this by singling out Muslims for special scrutiny at airports, investigating Islamic charities and detaining Muslims who eventually are found innocent of criminal activity -- all of which leads to a growing perception that the war on terrorism has become a war against Islam.
"I hear a lot of people saying that today, especially moderate Muslims, people I never thought would have this feeling," said Mohamed Magid, imam of the All Dulles Area Muslim Society, a mosque in Sterling.
Echoing other Muslims, Magid said he fears that there is "some element in the [Bush] administration intent on dismantling Muslim organizations and bringing them down. . . . It's very disturbing."
The Los Angeles-based Muslims Public Affairs Council has expressed disappointment that no American Muslims were included in the drafting of the federal 9/11 Commission report, even in sections addressing the United States's relationship with the Muslim world.

When there is a Million Muslim March against the Al-Aqsa Waqf, then they will deserve to be taken seriously.
This is bullshit. I went to Portland Oregon from Reno last weekend and had to jump through the hoops to get on the plane. I don't even look like I come from The Middle East.
If these lame assholes can't take the heat then they should bug out to where they came from. I won't miss them.
If they would stop whining and blaming others, and would put their own house in order (e.g., get rid of the radical mullahs and terrorist "charities" that infest the "American" muslim community, STOP backing Hamas, the KLA, and the Chechen bandits, etc.) they would do a lot better.
Now they will have 30 days or so in which many of them will have communal fast-breaking meals every night. Maybe they can discuss these house-cleaning measures at their meals, and develop plans for action.

13th Waffen SS Gebirgs Division "Handschar" (1st Croatian) Recruiting began in May-Jun3 1942. The division was formed from Croatian, Muslim, and Volksdeutcsh (ethnic Germans living in Croatia) volunteers from Bosnia. Absorbed the Croatian SS Freiwilligen Division and the Hadziefendic Legion, plus new recruits. Activated on 3-1-1943 in FRANCE. On 27 September 1943 the Muslims mutinied and murdered several of their officers. The mutineers were executed. Between October-November 1944 unreliable parts of the division were disarmed. In 1945 what remained of the division was taken prisoner by the English at Villach.

Organized by Feurher trit 28 May 1944. Envisioned as a sister division to the 13th WSSGD. Trained in the Bachska region of Yugoslavia until October 1944. Disbanded at the approach of the Red Army and the designation given to the Dutch SS Panzer Division being formed.

I know about those two Muslim SS division. A fellow Freeper told me that some of them fled to Saudi Arabia and later Syria and Iraq.

Isn't that the truth.
The solution is simple. For Muslims to understand the distrust against them in the west, they ought to convert to Christianity, Zoroastrianism, Buddhism, Hinduism, Judaism or just become atheists. When their tolerant Muslim brothers and sisters and other relations come to kill them, they will find understanding.

But it is true. Also true is the fact that islam is locked into the 1400 year old morality, flowing from a false prophet and a bloody book.
False prophets can be harmless. But the muslims' legacy is one of bloodquest for territory and control. A bloody, brutal "religion" it is.
I'll concede it is not unlike the Spanish soldiers' enslavement and defeat of the Indians of Mexico in the name of Christianity, for example.
