Mr. Valdez sounds like he's being closed-minded, intolerant, and exclusionary. It's always funny to see moral-liberals laud the freewill of perverts and criminals while decrying the freewill of neighbors, voters, pro-life politicians, judges, and juries.

Not a Catholic myself, but I'm assuming that Catholics are Christians. Therefore, there are certain priorities for the Christian's life:
1. God
2. Spouse
3. Family
4. Country
5. Job

Would you vote for a candidate who was pro-life, but also pro-slavery?

Yes, *if* the other candidates were worse. If another candidate was pro-abortion but anti-slavery, the right choice would still be the pro-life candidate, ceteris paribus, because murder is a greater evil than slavery.
