Am I missing something, or did the Kerry campaign TURN DOWN Sinclair's offer of equal time.

I guess they didn't like the idea of having equal time before they liked it.

Heh, heh. Sinclair offered Kerry to come on the show after the documentary aired to "answer some questions". His campaign didn't like the idea.

YES, John KERRY DID turn it down. Now he whines about "equal time". He wants others to do his dirty work and obfuscate for him so he can look unconcerned.

I heard Judge Napolitano on fox and friends say the Legal REQUIREMENT of equal time expired 12 years ago, and if Sinclair was to offer it it would be for PR and courtesy reasons. There is no reason they have to give time to sKerry if they don't want to.
