President Bush does this sort of thing all the time. He called my friend's cousin, who is suffering from a recurrence of breast cancer. Her husband is a firefighter who got to meet the president at a campaign rally. When he told the president about his wife's illness, Bush called her from his cell phone right then, and told her he was praying for her. Made her day.

To think that we have such a humble president. He isn't proud due to his position. On the contrary, he has a servant heart.
Amazing doesn't do justice to how God has blessed us here though we certainly don't even remotely deserve it.
