Yes, they appealed it...but who knows how that will end up. It is the same county that has more voters than the census says people are living there. the whole purpose of voting at a specific precinct is so the workers can see if someone has voted twice, etc. When you allow someone to go to different precincts, they can take different absentee ballots (of dead union guys) and vote it at eaching polling place.

There is no voter disenfranchisement, remember that, only voter fraud.... If anyone, from any party, race, creed, religion or planet, wanted to vote, they could have already done so with an absentee vote. On election day you will see the Dems read from their playbook and charge voter fraud! You may even see the union thugs storm certain precincts, although that may be a violation of federal law.

Then if it's under appeal I would assume that the previous ruling would stand until the appeal was heard, is that right?

I just can't believe that the rats have no regard for the law. If Bush wins this election I'm gonna start a letter writing campaign for voting reform.
