Sinclair invited him. Duh!
Let him go and put his rebuttal on the end of the documentary.

This sounds like an oppertunity for John O'Neal to face Kerry again. The person doing the interview should be him.

In an interview yesterday on Hugh Hewitt, a Sinclair representative urged everyone to e-mail or call the Kerry campaign with one simple question..."How can you, Mr. Kerry, face the terrorists and enemies of America if you can not even face your personal enemies right here at home?" How about one of you long time freepers get this up in a separate post. I'm pretty new at this! ThanksI'd amend that a bit: "How can you, Mr. Kerry, face the terrorists and enemies of America if you can not even face your own past right here at home?"

How long before CBS or some such liberal media giant offers to run Farenheit 9/11 for free as a counter to this?

We actually have TWO Sinclair stations here in the Raleigh, NC market. I will say this -- they'd better not pre-empt "One Tree Hill"!! They will piss off all the women and teens here.

No, no. Kerry himself doesn't want equal time. He wants his "surrogates" to have equal time. I'd love SBG to say "kerry, or no one" which so far is their position.

Too bad. Where is the Republican response every night to Dan Rather, Peter Jennings, Ted Koppel, et al?

I certainly hope the POWs have their specific questions ready for the Kerry rep.
Perhaps we can help compile some:
-- Why won't Kerry sign his 180 form? And don't give us any spin about everything being on his Web site. We will provide a specific list of missing items to you.
-- Who wrote and submitted the paperwork for Kerry's purple hearts and his medals?
-- Was Kerry honorably dischanged?
-- When/if Kerry was honorably discharged, provide his military record for that.
-- Why did Kerry go to Paris and meet with the Viet Cong?
-- Why was Kerry asked to leave Vietnam after his 3 purple hearts.
-- How many deferrments did Kerry ask for and get before "volunteering" for Vietnam?

The media can run whatever "news" item they want. If the filmmaker were trying to buy airtime this close to the election, I think it would violate CFR laws.
Then again, the FEC said that ads for F911 COULD run on tv within this window.
There is no will to prosecute violaters of election laws anyway. Steal votes, forge ballots, accept foreign donations, etc. Why not violate CFR as well.
F. Democrats and their criminal election activity.

Sinclair OFFERED Kerry equal time from the beginning. Now the Kerry campaign demands equal time?
We didn't want equal time before he wanted it. Yet another flip-flop!

Sinclair OFFERED Kerry equal time from the beginning. Now the Kerry campaign demands equal time? I believe Sinclair's offer was time at the showing to rebut or comment. This sounds like they want a completely different time for a separate program -- or programs (what's that "time on each station"?).
In a letter Friday to Sinclair President David D. Smith, Kerry campaign attorney Marc E. Elias requested time on each station at an hour when an audience of similar size could be expected to be watching.
