Please check with your own state Sec of State or atty gen office and get a copy of the penalties for illegal voting.

Print copies of the law for handing out. Ask your voting booth officers/watchers if they know the law! Carry placards declaring that...

ILLEGAL VOTING IS A FELONY!

Call all your local radio stations (talk shows etc) Letters to the Editor (usually won't work) Make your own bumper stickers!!

I wish the Justice Dept would announce they are prepared to prosecute voter fraud cases to the fullest extent of the law, mercilessly, seek maximum penalties, etc. regardless of party affiliation.

This needs to be done loud and clear and before the election.

Yeah, you beat me to it!

Indeed, why should it reply to those who have absolutely no regard for the law ala their "ends justifies the means" approaches!

This has never mattered in the past and likely never will matter going forward, again, unless as you say some group supporting the GOP were to do it. Then as usual all hell would break loose and there'd be calls for Bush impeachment.

I heard on report somewhere that they were going to stamp hands with indelible ink for those who have voted. Great idea! Cheap, relatively effective, certainly a no-lose prop.

BUSH should direct the FBI to investigate potential voter fraud, now. Based on ONE poster, such an investigation MAY affect a few Republicans who retaliate for DEM voter fraud; but it will scare away those who are illegally registered, mostly Dems based on the actuality the the last election. Mayor Daly's son wasn't a DegeneRAT advisor for nothing.

BUSH doesn't have to actually divert the FBI from the War on Terror, just make the statement, That should be enough...and there are other agencies more than capable of conducting an investigation of this type.

Nevertheless, I cheer myself up each morning with a check of: Electoral Vote Predictor 2004: Kerry 228 Bush 284

The incarceration of a few Leftist retirees in Floriduh who also absentee-voted in New Yawk would put a chill on this practice.</p>
Unfortunately, the Stupid Party won't do anything.

President Kerry will issue a blanket amnesty.

Only if you vote Democrat.

Hope the day NEVER comes that he is referred to as "President".

I actually would be happy if they did this. Anything that makes it harder to get away with fraud is fine with me. I have zero confidence that multiple voters will get caught as things stand now.

In Arkansas - thanks to communist legislators that call themselves democrats and COWARDLY rinos that refuse to stand up for the Constitution --- let's not leave out a totally INEPT governor huckabee - known as "The Huckster" ....

Any person ACCUSED of voter intimidation by any "voter" will be arrested.

When it comes to "provisional votes" - you know, the ones with people with NO ID, NO registration, etc? - arkansas legislators last year passed a law that the poll officials MAY turn those names in the the County Clerk - who MAY pass them on to the attorney general - who MAY think about doing something.

A lot of "MAY" and no "MUST" laws designed by the scumbag sleezy LAWYERS (who else) to destroy the United States.

Soon you will thank all the retired and ex-Marines out here who will give their lives to their country .... AGAIN!

That was done in Afghanistan!

If we have to do it here to get an honest election, so be it, but that still won't stop dishonest poll workers from filling out all the leftover ballots.

In the State of Michigan, election laws are found in Chapter 168, being Act 116 of 1954, as amended.

The criminal offenses and penalties associated with elections in the State of Michigan are listed here.

(e) A person shall not offer to vote or attempt to vote more than once at the same election either in the same or in another voting precinct. A person shall not give 2 or more votes folded together.

Marking hands after voting was an idea I woke up with in the middle of the night last week. Then I saw that they were doing this in Afghanistan. Do you think I'm worried about voter fraud?
