The best places to find single women are in rent-controlled cities like Santa Monica. Even though home prices are very high, rents are subject to rent control. I can't tell you how many times we went trolling in SM from higher-rent districts like the South Bay beach cities.
The opposite is true as well - the chicks in the SB aren't as hot since they have professional jobs that enable them to pay their own way. If you're looking for sport f*****g, hang where the chicks haven't figured out what they want to be when they grow up (if ever), so they while the days away working out, shopping or just being neurotic.
