I should have added that so far as I can tell, there is no reason to believe that Fox knew anything about this prior to Mackris getting an att'y & entering into the alleged ''negotiations'' prior to the suit being filed.
Bottom line - if this woman had issues and didn't go to the HR department, she doesn't have a leg to stand on. If she had, I doubt Fox would allow her to come back after leaving.
I am starting to believe this was consensual, as Fox is suing her and her attorney separate from O'Reilly's lawsuit.
This should get interesting.
