The RPR believes in minimum government interference in private affairs;unless the government brings over extra girls and some ice. How does the guy know it necessarily is referring to his forebear? Couldn't the name be describing a horse that was crazy, as his grandfathers mane did?
Besides, the place has been in operation for over 50 years.
