I assume the state will appeal this load of garbage. Again, the demoratic judicial system is not ruling based on law but on their desire to oust Bush at any cost.

OK, I just read this quickly, but how is this a victory for Democrats? Am I to assume that Democrats are the only ones who show up at the wrong polling places?

Nope, make it up as you go. Depends on the outcome....
Now we have the answer to why Milwaukee (I think it was) requested like a gazillion ballots for that county. They figured they'd get some sort of similar reaction if they sent their voters to several precincts.

There is absolutely no excuse for this. I am registered to vote in the state of Ohio and it says right there on my voter card where my polling place is and it is not hard to get too--in fact it is a 1/4 mile from my house!

Hey judge if I forget to send my Ohio taxes on April 15th, are you going to go easy on me too and shrug your shoulders and say, hey, as long as I pay it sometime.

Are they going to cross check to make sure the person doesn't vote multiple times---at their registered polling place and the other the one or five they appear at?! Do they have to produce a bill or something to show they ostensibly live in the new district?
I can see what the judge means by "vitality" of our democracy.

That'll come in handy for "Democrats" who want to vote more than once. There's one judge who needs to be removed, and all his other rulings reviewed. George W. Bush will be reelected by a margin of at least ten per cent

Rush discussing this word-for-word now.

The judge doesn't need no stinkin' law. He was probably appointed by a president who used a litmus test.

Why in the hell is a Federal judge overturning a State Law?
