As someone else said here last night, if Kerry's mom told him focus on the three important things of "integrity, integrity, and integrity," that should tell you something about what Kerry's mother saw as lacking in her son.

Plus, if his mother did tell him that, he must have been looking out the window at the time, and missed her comment.

I have no problem with this. Kerry pulled him out of the water. Of course his personal relationship and that experience will trump politics. That's human. But everyone should realize this is WHY he's voting for Kerry and the only logical reason. Kerry has no integrity.

Maybe the next time Rassmann opens his mouth he will tell how, after putting in Kerry for the Silver Star, downgraded to a Bronze Star, he somehow received his own Purple Heart.
Rassmann received a Purple Heart on the same day Kerry got his third Purple Heart and his ticket home.
The after-action report, written by Kerry, only covers the Naval personnel.
I've never heard Rassmann mention that he was wounded when rescued!

I agree. After watching Kerry lo these many months, I'm greatly disturbed at how easily this guy lies. Clinton lied, knew they were lies, and said them anyway. I don't think Kerry even stops for a moment to say, "Hmmm, should I lie here?...," he just lets fly with the lies. They flow from his inner self. He says whatever comes into his brain to promote himself and his agenda. He's been lying for over 30 years. He lies because he knows that no one in the media will check him on his statements.

Thanks for that factoid. I've been musing about the national polls which show this to a "close" race, and I think they're all wrong. How can this race be "tied" when Bush is running better among blacks, hispanics, Catholics, and women than he did four years ago? How can this race be "close" when Bush blows Kerry away on the issues of leadership, the war on terror, Iraq, and trust? I just don't believe this race is close!
