A few moments after the debate ended, I saw a shot of Laura and the girls, then it switched to TehRAYza. She did NOT look happy. I wonder whether it was her boy getting taken to the woodshed or his comments, or lack thereof, about her that pissed on her parade. Could be both.
I thought the same thing, she looked peeved. (and a little "out of it", but that's just MHO!) She is a strange duck, to be sure. Laura Bush is the quintessential First Lady! (Followed by Barbara Bush and Nancy Reagan! We have had an embarassment of riches in that regard! But Hellary made up for that, just to keep us humble...)
It's okay. She doesn't need him.She's got her daily raisin intake.
