In case you are wondering, Kerry said Bush once said he was not concerned about Osama Bin Laden, which Bush denied having said. The "fact-checkers" have now played the tape of Bush saying "I truly am not that concerned about him." Well, please read these two questions and two full answers to understand what he really said at the time (and to wonder why he can't speak like this in the debates.)

Not that concerned does not, imo, mean that he's not concerned about him. The word "that" makes all the difference.

I thought Bush missed an opportunity on this question... he should have told Kerry that Bin Ladin was just one among many terrorist cockroaches for whom we are looking, and then said "they can run, but they can't hide forever" and given him a very meaningful look on camera.

Yeah, I know, it's 20-20 hindsight, but it occured to ME immediately as soon as Bush got the question, so it should have occurred to him as well, IMO.

Bin Ladin, wherever he is (including possibly dead) is neutralized, and there are others such as Zarqawi and that Chechen viper who planned the Beslan attacks who are far more important in a very real sense than is Bin Ladin right now. In fact, wiping out the Mooze-lim sleeper cells *inside our own country* is far more important than trying to find that degenerate old goat-raper in whatever cave in which he's holed up, assuming he's even alive. Bush knows that and he should have said so, but I think he's too worried about public opinion to come right out with it - and that's unfortunate.
