Copy, paste, sign, mail, fax, email.

Sinclair Broadcasting's decision to utilize their stations to air an documentary days before the election is a clear example of the responsibilities of American media.

Sinclair uses and maintains the public airwaves at tremendous cost and no charge to the public, and is obligated by law to serve the public interest. When large companies make good, responsibile use of the airwaves, we get more of what's good for the Country. Instead of something produced at "News Central" far away, it's more important that we see real people from our own communities and more substantive news about issues that matter.

Sincerely,

Sinclair's actions show why we need to strengthen media ownership rules, and get tough on those that abuse it, as does CBS, ABC, NBC, not weaken them. They show why the license renewal process needs to involve more than a returned postcard, or a call from from a "good ol' boy" friend. Thank you.
