Shouldn't a judge who was a candidate for the SC who stated that they were going to vote a certain way on anything be found to be not qualified to sit on the bench.
I would like to ask Kerry if he had that same logic when he was a prosecutor for 20minutes. Did he say to the judge, unless you are going to vote guilty, you can preside over this trial.
What a convoluted logic libs have..hence the tagline.
