I can't believe that John Kerry was a fellow naval officer (I'm a retired LCDR).

The problem with his strategic vision is that it's still at the LT(jg) junior officer level. He hasn't advanced it one iota since his Navy days.

Not even sure that that is necessary. It works out to 2.8 bills per year average. That clearly demonstrates a WHOLE lot of work on Kerry's part!!!
