If you raise minimum wage, small businesses who can`t afford the raises will be forced to lay off those workers. A guy with 10 years making $15.00/hour will want the same raise the guy with 3 years making $6.25/hour. Small business under the Kerry Tax Plan will be leaking money like a sive. No growth, no advancement, no new technologies, no new or updated facilities.
