GW reassuring seniors that they'll still get their checks, but for youngsters, there's a problem. We need a different strategy to solve the social security gap. Mentions late Pat Moynihan, (RAT), chaired a committee which came up with privatizing social security at least partially. Kerry now waving arms around, invitation to disaster if we let younger people take money out of ss accounts and put in private accounts. Cut in benefits of 25 to 40 per cent. GW is to blame for largist deficits in American history, Kerry has a record of saving the entire world...according to Kerry. Schieffer saying Greenspan insists cuts in benefits will be necessary, although Kerry claims he'll fix it all, no cuts. He's riding the roll back the tax cut horse again. Waving arms around, he has a Plan, create jobs in America, GW's to blame for all lost jobs. Kerry has a Plan. GW says Kerry voted to tax ss benefits more than once, never mentioned a plan to do anything else. Defends tax cuts as fair for middle America...who pay most of the taxes. Opposed by Kerry, sparked consumption and investment to lift us out of recession...which started under Clinton. GW telling it like it is.
