No...the best scenario would be for Fox to put Bill on leave...and move their lineup around. If found guilty...Bill is gone one way or the other. If the heat gets to high...O'Really could be canned for breach of contract....I am sure their is a "values" clause in it.

As for bringing Roger Ailes up in this.....that alone is enough for me to sh**can the blow hard.

If this were true, O'Reilly would have folded. He knows he wouldn't survive.

This is Anita Hill, redux. You can bet there are some other players in this story, trying to bring down FOXNEWS.

The case is a non-starter, even if all the allegations are true. The courtroom is just being used to evoke publicity. BTW, it is a civil case, so what would be concluded, if anything, is liability, not guilt.

FoxNews will use whatever devices it has at its disposal, including "values" clauses, to rearrange its talent. But, rearrangement of talent is done to maximize ratings.
