I simply said, "read the thing." That's hardly an order.

Of course she considered a job w/him when he approached her while at CNN - she's a young woman trying to develop a career as a producer in national news. There aren't an infinite number of opportunities in that environment. If what she says is true, she kept her end of it on the up and up - he didn't.

Again, if what she says is true, what was she supposed to do? One of the most powerful men in national news is calling her and getting off while on the phone call. Is she really just supposed to hang up on him and expect to ever work again? Hello?

Her actions might not have been your actions or mine, but I can sure understand them (again, if what she says is true.)

If it was Dan Blather instead of O'Reilly, then yes, her career would be over.

She will be another heroine of the Left/ala/Anita Hill.

No. She tapes her future boss so she can sue him and bring him down.

Oh PAHLEASE, O'Reilly strikes me as all talk, he is after making his living being a blowhard like Al Franken(buttmuncher), Bill Maher(weasel) and all the other media windbags. If a person like O'Reilly had talked dirty to me and he was my superior, I would've told him in a jovial manner, "hey Bill, put a sock in it before I put a knot on your head". Men always take the hint and get back to work and all is well. THIS IS A SET UP BY THE DNC GESTAPO. The broad is a trojan horse!

She worked for him from April 2000 to January 2004. She then went to work for CNN. In July 2004, she went back to Fox. Again I ask, why did she go back to work for him if he had made unprovoked sexual advances toward her during her first period of employment with Fox?

She had a job with CNN. Surely she had enough opportunity for advancement with them that she didn't have to compromise herself by going back to work for the man that did the horrible things that she claims he did.

Did you read both of their legal papers? She worked first at Fox. She was given a requested raise. She voluntarily went to CNN for even more money. She must be quite the looker because she was sexually harassed by a boss at CNN. She went back to Fox and emailed a friend stating that she was thrilled to be going back. She also got to go back with the CNN salary numbers. She never once approached Fox human resources about the problem. She went straight to a lawyer. It stinks all around.
