Found it. O'Reilly had Fox file a lawsuit about the title of Al Franken's book. It was dismissed in 2003.

I'm finding this looking pretty bad for BOR. Granted, he has seemed to be unstable lately but this is way over the line (if true). One thing that I wonder about though is why the employee would stay on the phone till the end when she knew what he was up to.
