That stuff reads like a smutty fiction novel. My Lord in heaven its disgusting. I am always the last one to push the "guilty" button. I hope this is all made up. I really don't care for O'Rielly, but I just don't want to see any more people in positions like his being guilty of this lewed conduct. We've had nothing but politicians, priests, celebrities and every "public figure's" sexual sickness shoved in our faces for too many years.
As a lawyer, here is my take:
He is toast, she has tapes. She did not allege the tapes because she is setting the perjury trap for him. His complaint against her essentially does not deny the allegations, but says she has no claim under sexual harassment law because she did not complain to "upstairs" first.
Trust me, he's a goner.
I wonder how O'Reilly's wife is going to react to the vibrator comment he makes about her? He could have a lot more trouble than just a lawsuit.
As much as I dislike the guy, I find it hard to believe he would be so utterly stupid and disgusting. But whatever, this will be no loss to us if he leaves - the world requires regeneration and renewal.
