When the complaint includes block quotations and notes a [sic], my guess is that they have some of this recorded.
To: WildTurkey
You sir are a very smart American.
To: Pete
If you read the text of the pre-emptive Fox and O'Reilly suit, you'll notice that they didn't deny that the statements were made. They simply denied that there was any damamge and that she didn't complain about them through established channels under the company harrassment policy.
I think O'Reilly is toast regarding making at least some of these remarks, but she's going to have a tough time proving harrassment or damages.

OMG, I'm gonna die laughing!
To: scottybk
It's sad that O'Reilly has few friends now...
Maybe if he hadn't spit on the swifties, I would be willing to look into this and give him the benefit of doubt. Now I'm not so sure.

Well, I've read enough. (about half of the complaint) Hate to say I told ya so but I've been saying for a long time that O'ReillyKobe was going down
To: leadpenny
Only O'Reilly is going down harder Well, I've read most of the document. The thing is, it really sounds like the way O'Reilly behaves, with hs huge ego and self importance. I envision that Bill's going to be going on a long assignment away from TV.

Ok, I think this is a big mess for Bill O! He better hope he can prove this is all hogwash or he is going to lose his job.
Now, if he does lose his job i can't wait to see who will go in his place! Please let it be Sean!!!!!!!

"Bill: "Just touch my loofah. I promise in the morning you won't falafel."
---Imagine Juice Newton signing in the background, "just call me loofah in the morning" LOL

I can't stop laughing!! I haven't watched him since it became clear he was trying to push a LIBERAL agenda to kiss up to Kerry to get him to come on for an interview.
Bill, you betrayed us, the ones who brought you to the top, so enjoy the fall my tall, horny friend!! LOL

The way that they blocked off this quote and put "[sic]" in the quotation makes me reasonably comfortable saying this stuff is on tape.

Another Lawyer (Neal Boortz) this morning predicted that by Spring of next year B.O. would be History, he didn't give specifics, just that he wanted to warn the Radio Stations that carried B.O. radio show that they were going to have some air time to fill, because B.O. is going to be gone.

With all of OR's money he could have the finest call girls in the country for straight sex and telesex. Unless its a power issue. It could be fabricated, the "Big -ock" seems rather suspicious. Hard to say, as he also preempted it. FOX needs to take care. Are men not pathetic creatures sometimes ? I myself believe that we are psycho-sexual creatures.

Well, that means that maybe they have the falafel thing on tape. I hope so. That is the funniest thing I've heard all year!

I think his career is done, stick a fork in him. Thats what happens to libs. Uh, when the libs try to take O'Reilly down, you side with, um, the libs ...
To: scottybk
I used to adore O'Reilly--but lately he has been so blatantly liberal that I watch him with trepidation more than anticipation.
In a way, this couldn't happen to a more deserving guy. He showed no pity (even pithy pity) when Rush got hit with exposure--he was just there to pick-up the radio pieces for his own ratings.
His success has led to a touch of arrogance--and it shows. Now he gets a little of his own medicine--and we shall we what happens......
Wonder if HE is going to be spinning it now?
