It's not uncommon for patients to suffer from depression after open heart surgery. I believe the odds are that it can be even worse for men.
I despise the man, but wouldn't wish suffering on anyone. I hope he recovers soon.
I've heard around town that he's a little behind where they'd hope he'd be on his recovery track. He's been seen out and about occasionally, though not by me, and most are "surprised" at how he looks. I've also heard that he could do a few appearances for Kerry, but becuase he has a very full schedule soon with the upcoming opening of his library in Little Rock, they're worried about him doing too much.
