It's called "Pumphead" syndrome and some people come back from it faster than others and some not at all. It's cause by being on the Heart Lung machine. Diminished mental capacity similar to a stroke.

That is true. A bypass will slow you down for a while, but it should not knock you out for such a long period of time. As self centered as bubba is, I would have expected him to do a wave from the window.
I wish him well. I wish a long, healthy life , OUT of the public eye.

Not to worry! When Kerry is president, people like Clinton are going to jump right off the operating table and grab the OR nurse by the tw*t.
OK, so he already did that.

We should rise above whatever they do. Not always. But in this case I think we should.

Bull, if he was so sick O'Reilly would be at his bedside giving him mouth to mouth. With all the cameras running.
They deserve each other, heck they both deserve to work for CBS.

Clinton will go into Cardiac Aresst tonight when he hears Kerry talk about the voice mail he just got from him today.
To: marktuoni
I hope he does well. It is a very brutal operation.
To: marktuoni
I think it's hilarious that he still has to look at himself in the mirror every morning and ask himself "What am I going to do to fill this huge hole/void in my stomach today"?

If only Kerry were President now... Der Schlickmeister would be getting up out of his bed totally healed.
Maybe the Rev Jackson and Rev Sharptongue and lay hands on old Billybob. I'm sure these two can restore his health!

Having seen my father-in-law go through this, I predicted clinton would not participate much in the election. I am a bit shocked that Hillary and Chelsea are not spending more time with him.
Or are they?

We have heard RUMORS that he was worried about having a heart attack if he ever had sex again (of course not with Hillary). That could really depress a sexaholic. He is easily depressed too. He went through a deep depression when he lost the race for governor of Arkansas one year. It took him forever to get over it.

I understand that after this type of surgery, patients can fall into a deep depression.
I would imagine Bill Clinton reflecting on his life could be cause for a significant depression!

Your line "shut your mouth" had me laughing so hard I was crying! It's posts like this, and the individual replies, that make all our serious reading and evaluating of the political scene here tolerable. ;)" dittos. your response actually had me laughing. I'm thinking to myself, "Uh, okay, I guess maybe this Internet stuff is becoming TOO MUCH a substitute for real conversation." Oh the horror! What are we becoming? : )

I would put ZERO stock in what OReilly has to say. He is a shyster.

I've known several guys who have had this procedure. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM has suffered from diminished mental capacity -- loss of memory, etc.
