If he is 18 or 19 (or 17 in many jurisdictions), she has broken no law.

According to a local TV news report, the boy is 16.

According to several students interviewed, there's more than just this boy.

If that's the case, then I guess she won't be prosecuted for statutory rape. However, even then she has demonstrated that she is not qualified to be a teacher.

(If it's true that she has a husband and kids, she is also apparently not qualified to be a faithful wife and mother, either....)

The problem I have with your posts, though, is that you are de facto APPROVING of what's happened here. You can squirm around about it, but that's the bottom line -- sounds like a bit of vicarious wish-fulfillment from your own HS days.

He's 16 and apparently he isn't the only one this teacher has been teaching. She broke the law and should be held accountable.
