Huh? I can't speak for anyone but myself. I got my moral compass from my parents, two of the most moral people I've ever met. They taught me right from wrong and how to tell the difference in new situations.
That's my moral compass. I got my other compass in the Boy Scouts.

All people know right from wrong. Some people just don't care, some can't care (chemistry/mental/physiological problems), and some enjoy doing the wrong thing. You don't need God to tell you right from wrong - some people do need God to have a reason to care.
