The real story is somewhere in between, methinks.

Why aren't there any details about the employee being sued?

Mr. O'Reilly "engages in offensive conversations" on a nightly basis. I've always detested this creep.

I'd put money that O'Reilly's victim was a young lady. We all suspected O'Reilly was a closet demoncrat and now we know.

>(1) The employee worked for Mr. O'Reilly for four years before
(2) moving to Cable News Network (CNN) earlier this year. After just five months at CNN, the employee asked Mr. O'Reilly to
(3) return to Fox News, and did so in July of this year
He's gonna blackmail
O'Reilly for being nice
and taking him back?!

Well, as little as I enjoy O'Reilly, it appears he is not afraid of whatever allegations may exist...I would have to suspect that they are likely bogus.

claiming Mr. O'Reilly allegedly engaged in offensive conversations with the employee. I wonder if Bill will talk about the specifics of the "offensive conversations". Note, the article doesn't say criminal so probably not sexual harassment. On the other hand, doesn't seem like Morelli would have much of a case if the two were just arguing about politics.
