The RATS are not accustomed to being confronted. That is why the Soviet Union collapsed. The ideology is not designed to be on the defensive.
For years the Soviet Union has always stood as the great bear, ready to strike fear into the oppostion. Once confronted by Reagan, they collapsed like a cheap suitcase.
