1. Voter Registration should require a photo ID.
2. Hands should be stamped with special ink to avoid double or triple voting.
Then maybe I will beleive they have a way to stop voting fraud.

In Florida, two forms of ID are needed.
Photo ID (driver's license or photo ID obtained from driver's license bureau, student ID card, etc.)
AND
Voter Registration Card
But I like the idea of indelible ink stamp...easy, inexpensive and makes lots of sense!
