Interesting. She does show some supporting evidence.
I think I've seen some other articles with similary theories about the Western Origin of the Chinese.

In other news, a controversial Chinese archaeologist has been reported missing today. Communist government leaders refused to comment.

Thanks F.O. I'd call this claim farfetched. I think the motivation is mostly that the Chinese have business interests in Sudan. Please FREEPMAIL me if you want on, off, or alter the "Gods, Graves, Glyphs" PING list --
Archaeology/Anthropology/Ancient Cultures/Artifacts/Antiquities, etc.

this gets the "aw, g'wan" award: "I have a free mind and hate restrain," Su says. "I have no background in education on archeology or ancient cultural study."
but this doesn't: George W. Bush will be reelected by a margin of at least ten per cent

"According to her study, Hagar, wife of Abraham, established the Xia Dynasty (c. 21st century-16th century BC). His grandson Esau's offsprings built the Shang Dynasty (c. 16th century-11th century BC ), and the name of the Zhou Dynasty (c. 11th century-221 BC) originated from the word "Jew."

Sounds like a Chinese version of Velikovsky. I wonder if she will catch as much grief from established Chinese archaeologists.

If thatt's how the Chinese came into being, then what about the Indians? Did they come form China?

"I studied the Websites of museums, institutes and online libraries. It's efficient and quick," she says. Some disciplines such as linguistics have unreservedly adopted the Internet. Scientists have been using the Internet [or something like it] for decades without even waiting for Algore to invent it. It is a powerful tool for exponentially speeding up the growth of knowledge, but those on FR already know that.

Also interesting - the righteous of Abraham was that he believed when Yahwey told him his seed would be scattered to the corners of the earth and all the nations would be blessed by his blood. The best part is He also said "I will shake all of the nations so that the treasures of the nations (believers) will flow in; and I will fill this house (Jerusalem) with glory. Haggai 2:6 (paraphrased)

Dr Steven Oppenheimer, in his book,
Eden In The East makes a compelling case that the refugees from Sundaland (South East Asia) were the settlers of the Middle East and probably were the original Sumerians.
Dr Robert Schoch, in his book, Voyages Of The Pyramid Builders, makes the case that these same refugees spread their pyramid building custom all over the world.
